They’re always celebrating something in Paris!

And this weekend it’s scallops (coquille Saint Jacques) and other seafood from Brittany that’s on the program on Montmartre!  In addition to seafood there’ll be Breton (hard) cider as well as Breton pastries (e.g. kouign aman – a rich cake, think butter, sugar and more butter!) along with various special events.

Saturday and Sunday, January 25 & 26, place des Abbesses, metro: Abbesses (line 12), Paris 18th.  I wasn’t able to find a detailed program with times but, if you’re in the neighborhood during the day this weekend, stop by and discover what’s up!
